- Clean the wall of all loose paper and defects so that the edges are as smooth as possible.
Dry fit the Patch without the Clips to Make Sure that it Fits Properly. (Make Sure not to Let the Patch Slip into the Wall)
If the Patch is too Tight in any Spots, Use a Utility Knife to Shave Down the Snug Area and Repeat the Dry Fit.
