Step #2

  • Use a Drywall Saw to Cut out the Damaged Section of the Wall

To Begin to Cut Out the Damaged Section, Take the Drywall Saw and Start at a Corner.  Twist the Saw in Both Directions Until it has Penetrated the Wall.  Then Begin to Cut Out the Damaged Section.

  • Cut to the Outside of the Traced Line 

Cut Along the Line or Just Outside the Line to Leave Room for the Clips Claws to Engage.  If the Patch is too Tight, it is Difficult to Insert

Repeat the Process from the Opposite Corner of the Trace Line to Complete the Cut.
