Joint Compound
Joint compound comes in many sizes and varieties. There are powdered joint compounds that require water to be added to achieve the correct consistency. There are ready mixed joint compounds. There are fast drying compounds that dry in 5 minutes. There are general types of compound that dry in 2-4 hours. The size of all these types of compound range from a couple of ounces to 5 gallon buckets. The choice is up to you!! If you don't have much experience, we recommend using a ready mix compound, so that you don't have to deal with achieving the perfect consistency.
